Because of the need date Aerosol Chalk will not be a viable solution as it cannot be shipped by air without extreme protection and costs. This is a very temporary marking solution as it performs once it dries just like powdered chalk. Foot traffic will start removing the line. No cleaning agent is needed and agitation and water will remove the line. This product is applies just like aerosol paint using an aerosol line striper. The thin film application prevents a buildup of chalk.

You might try using a flat exterior house water based latex paint on a test strip. This product will normally flake off over time but a cleaning agent such as Simple Green biodegradable solution will also help with removal. This product should diluted be applied using an airless line striper. A pump up hand sprayer could be used but you need to provide two strips (barrier tape) to paint between the lines.

We do offer the SwitchBack Double Play liquid chalk diluted one to one and applied with airless line striper (12-volt diaphragm pump technology EZ-70 and E-100 or gasoline line striper). This is a temporary marking solution just the aerosol chalk product. This can be shipped by consolidated air freight, but will be close on a delivery date suspense.

For a more long lasting temporary marking solution the TrailBlazer Rally Day sports field paint product which is applied using an airless line striper (Graco FieldLazer or Titan 850) that can achieve 1000 PSI (no product dilution). This product needs a cleaning agent, TrailBlazer Trail Wash, to help remove the temporary paint along with turf agitation using a brush or mechanical equipment and rinsing with water.

It takes approximately one gallon of bulk latex paint/chalk (diluted) to complete a 200 to 300 linear feet (61-91 meters) line. How many fields do you need to mark and how often?

Once we have the amount of paint desired we can get a air consolidated freight shipment. Each 5-gallon (19 liters) pail weighs 60 pounds (27.2 Kilograms). Package or air consolidated freight is going be extremely expensive for one 5-gallon pail, much more than the cost of the product. Right now one carrier show the shipping cost at over $500 per 5-gallon pail.
