2011 SportsTurf Managers Association Conference and Trade Show included several new vendors and products, at least to Tru Mark, on display.
The Tru Mark Picasa Photo Album has several pictures with captions that should be of interest.
Companies covered in the photo album include:
- Aer-flo Products with a new wind weight infield turf protector,
- Buffalo Turbine with their plastic shield,
- Supaturf from Europe with paint and line stripers,
- 1st Product Synthetic turf groomer,
- Fleet's self-propelled rider and field marker,
- Ready to Play infield products for water absorption,
- Turftime Equipment infield groomer,
- Southern Athletic Fields with several products, and
- Bio-S.I. Turf Formula products blended with microbes.
Several other companies were visited that were new to Tru Mark including Waste2Water, Inc. which has been developing and installing various chemical mix, containment and recovery systems. Their equipment and services are receiving increased attention due to sustainability issues, first in the golf course industry and now in the sports turf industry.
SportsGraphics Inc., has been a provider of padding on sports field walls, fences, and where ever player safety is an issue. They have the ability to apply signage to the padding material. They are a Midwest company located in Clarion, IA.
